You asked us two concrete things in your voice message. We want to arrive on Monday with working prototypes, not slides — so this page lists exactly what we need from you beforehand. Ten minutes of your answers turn the meeting into a live demo on your own material.
| # | Request | Your goal |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | TikTok content engine — AI-generated short videos, ~3 per day, on your topics | Reach 1,000 followers to open a TikTok Shop |
| 2 | “Nina” — your AI concept assistant: you send a voice memo from the boat, Nina returns a first-draft concept deck (~15 idea charts + ~2 calculation charts), trained on your past concepts | A usable first draft without a human assistant |
We'll also talk about Ca'n Torres and the potential of the peptide brand — we'll keep that as its own block at the end so each topic gets proper time.
What we will show live on Monday: a working pipeline from topic brief → script → AI-generated vertical video with a consistent on-screen presenter, captions and hook, ready to publish. Answer the questions below and the demo videos will be about your topics, not generic ones.
Is the TikTok account already created? Handle, current follower count, country the account is registered in, and content language (German / English / both).
What will you sell in the TikTok Shop: physical products, digital products, tickets/experiences? Personal project or an imagepeople project?
3–5 topics you want the account to be known for. For each, one sentence on the angle: what you defend, what you attack.
(a) You, Thorsten: we'd need ~15–20 photos and optionally a short voice sample so an AI version of you can present, used only with your explicit approval. (b) A fictional AI presenter we design for the brand, same face every video. (c) No presenter: product-centric / b-roll / text-and-visual only.
Who follows this account: B2B marketing people, event professionals, consumers of the product, a specific age group?
3 TikTok links you'd like to resemble and 1–2 you dislike.
Product photos, brand colours, logos, footage or past clips we can build on?
We deliver and you publish, or we schedule and publish for you (requires connecting the account)?
Monthly budget range and horizon, e.g. a first 30-day sprint of 3 videos/day (≈90 videos)?
Is 1,000 followers the only KPI, or do views, shop clicks or leads matter too?
One honest note for Monday: volume alone doesn't guarantee follower growth on TikTok — content has to be tested and iterated. Our engine is built for exactly that: many variations, measure what wins, scale the winner.
What we will show live on Monday: you send a voice memo (or we play one you sent beforehand) → within minutes Nina returns a draft deck in your structure: idea charts with first visuals and research, plus a calculation section. Send us 2–3 past concepts before the meeting and the demo will already be in your style.
3–5 finished concepts (PPT/PDF) you consider “good imagepeople work”, ideally different types (event, roadshow, trade fair, digital). One rejected concept is also useful, to teach what to avoid.
Is there a fixed skeleton for an imagepeople concept (situation → idea → dramaturgy → locations → visuals → timeline → budget)? Send the master .pptx template if one exists.
What do they contain today: cost blocks (location, technology, catering, staff, agency fee), per-participant figures, margin? Send one real or anonymised calculation.
First images AI-generated (mood), stock, or both? Any brand rules for how the deck looks?
What goes into a first draft: venue options, competitor events, trends, references? How deep before a human takes over?
WhatsApp voice notes, Telegram, email, a simple web app? Briefing language: German or English?
A finished .pptx, or a draft you refine with another voice note (“make chart 6 more premium, add a beach location”)?
Only you, or your team? Confidentiality constraints (client names, budgets) when Nina processes past concepts?
One concept type end-to-end first (e.g. corporate events), then expand. Which type would you start with?
Everything you send is treated as confidential and used only to prepare the demo.
